Partner

Jelena Eremic Newson

Jelena is the partner leading EY’s Social Sustainability team in our UK Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, and the signing partner for the GES, NES and SES frameworks. She advises leaders across sectors in developing strategies which maximise Long Term Value, with a specific focus on people and societal dimensions. She has over 20 years of Big 4 management consulting experience working across Europe, USA and Japan with a variety of private sector clients and government departments.

Rachel Sadka

Rachel Sadka is a Director with extensive cross-sector experience in social sustainability and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). She developed the NES and GES standards and benchmarking tools and has worked with hundreds of clients on DE&I assessments, cultural change programmes, and social impact measurement. Rachel is skilled in coaching senior business leaders on developing strategies and initiatives that promote social and community impact, Human Rights and DE&I. She specialises in implementing programmes that drive long-term value by addressing key people challenges related to DE&I, organisational culture, learning, and employee wellbeing.

Minna Lewis

Minna is a Senior Manager and a Business Psychologist. She designs and delivers global training programmes that build truly inclusive leaders. She is also a lead assessor on our Global and National Equality Standard assessments.

Maya Yovcheva-Gocheva

Maya is a Senior Manager in EY’s UKI Sustainable Business practice, with extensive experience in supporting UK and global organisations with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion advisory and assurance projects. She leads National Equality Standard (NES) and Global Equality Standard (GES) assessments as well as is the project lead for one of our newer offerings the Supplier Equality Standard (SES). Maya is a statistician with years of experience managing complex projects in quantitative and predictive analytics.

SENIOR MANAGER

Simon Manterfield

Simon is a Senior Manager and our DE&I sports industry specialist, having worked with the ECB, EFL, RFU, Premier League and numerous football clubs. Simon is also an important part of our internal global DE&I team where he project manages the measurement of our DE&I progress across 140 countries.

Mudassar Chaudhry

Mudassar is a Manager in EY’s UK&I Sustainable Business practice, specialising in providing culture, diversity and inclusion services to some of the world’s largest private and listed businesses. His main areas of expertise are carrying out the National Equality Standard (NES) and Global Equality Standard (GES) accreditations. He also co-chairs the EY Muslim Community – an employee network of 800+ members in 40+ countries.

Sabrina Bambhra

Sabrina is a Manager with over 7 years of experiencing bringing a psychological and human centric approach to supporting organisations with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She is skilled in National Equality Standard Assessments, Project Management, Senior Stakeholder Engagement, Process Improvement and Data Visualisation. Sabrina has a particular focus on Race and Disability within the EDI space.

Priya Srirajan

Priya is a Manager with a focus in providing culture, diversity, and inclusion services to cross-sector businesses from a variety of industries. Her main areas of expertise are carrying out the National Equality Standard (NES), Global Equality Standard (GES) and Supplier Equality Standard (SES) accreditations and supports clients with their diversity and inclusion (D&I) agendas.

Olivia Marshall

Olivia is a Manager within EY’s Sustainable Business team. She has experience in sustainability strategy development for a range of clients and is an assessor for the National Equality Standard (NES), Global Equality Standard (GES) and Supplier Equality Standard (SES). She recently worked as part of the COP26 team.
