Introduction

Cultural Assessments

EY's Cultural Assessment tool goes beyond analysing your culture today and what it should feel like in the future, showing you where to go, what to prioritise and how to get there.

The NES is essential for any business wanting to succeed in the war for talent. Understanding, then tackling Diversity and Inclusion in any organisation has been proven to make absolute business sense. It should be integral to the business strategy and not just seen as simply addressing a problem.

Our Approach

Designed to be accessible

Our approach rapidly diagnoses and turns insight into practical action. Starting with a diagnosis ensures that effort is spent on the highest impact opportunities for change rather than slow and disconnected incremental shifts.

The EY Cultural Assessment will determine and measure cultural stress, personal values, behavioural and cultural values and more. As a result of completing the survey, you will be able to understand whether areas of misalignment between desired and actual values in the culture represent a risk to the organisation and how these can be remediated.
